Can someone help me write a robot txt file?
I am trying to get the search engines to only index my pages and posts and know that I need to write a Robots.txt file. I am not sure how to write this and where to put it. I think I want to disallow my feeds and wp-content and other folders that don’t need to be crawled. Any help? This is for a WordPress site hosted on Hostgator

I can help you with this.
You don’t have to make an robot.txt file if you want to allow a robot to index your site.
#robot.txt starts#
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-content/
#robot.txt ends#
The “*” is for all robots.
The above robot.txt will disallow the access to the wp-content folder and it’s content.

a question about reselling hosting?
I’m about to start reselling a host on Hostgator.My question is about the diskspace and bandwidth,they provide,e.g 50 diskspace and 100gb bandwidth, is that how much i have to give my customers as well? or i could set my own diskspace and bandwidth on the control panel?
and how much clients i would gain on a reselling account? because i know if u get to much traffice u have to move to Vps and than higher to dedicate server

DONT DO IT!!!!
Reselling host space is not going to make you any money, and IS going to cause you a ton of headache.
The only reason to resell hosting space is so that you can offer clients a package deal. Even then, it is FAR easier on you in the long run to simply charge a setup fee and get them going with a hosting service.
It should be the client / hosts problem is the hosting goes down. If you take on reseller status, and the host has issues, YOU are going to get the call. Sure.. you can bounce it, but it’s still time out of your day to deal with problems that are not yours, and are not making you any money. The only way you can make any money is to charge more than the going rate for hosting… right? I mean. fine you get a some site space for $ 10 a month and resell it for what? $ 15 maybe $ 20? It takes a LOT of ten dollar bills per month to make a living. You will need to have like 300 to 700 clients to make it worth the bother.
Sorry. Concentrate your efforts elsewhere is my advice.
